Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) block Velveeta Mexican style cheese
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large jar Pace \"medium\" picante sauce *
Preparation
    *\"Medium\" is hot enough; if you are real brave get a jar of \"hot\" but don't forget the gallon of water you will need to wash it down.
