Curry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cut in small pieces
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    4 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 onion, cut small pieces
Preparation
    Cut chicken in small pieces, taking off most of fat.
    Add all seasonings and onion.
    Mix with hand and let sit for 15 minutes. Add oil to pot and when hot, add chicken and 3 cups of water. Cover and let cook on medium for 30 minutes.
    Good with rice.
