Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese or Philly Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (9-inch)
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Spread with cherry pie filling.
Makes 8 servings.
