Yummy Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 scant cup mayo
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    15 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Beat whole eggs until fluffy. Combine all ingredients except crackers and margarine.
    Pour spinach mixture into greased 7 1/2 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Mix cracker crumbs in melted butter.
    Sprinkle on top of spinach mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Watch it disappear!!
