Hamburger-Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    2 cans Hungry Jack biscuits
    2 cans Durkee dry onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook hamburger.
    Drain off grease.
    Add onion and mushrooms. Cook until onion and mushrooms are soft.
    Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and mushroom soup to mixture.
    Place in 8 x 10-inch casserole dish.
    Gently stir in 1 can of dried onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it begins to bubble (approximately 25 to 30 minutes). Then place biscuits on two sides of dish.
    Mix remaining 1/2 cup of sour cream with egg.
    Brush over biscuits.
    Place other can of onions in middle of biscuits.
    Bake until biscuits are golden brown (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
    Serve hot.
