Spaghetti Sauce For 100 People - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
10 lb. meatballs or 3 lb. ground pork and 7 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (No. 10) can tomato paste
2 (No. 10) cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. salt
1/3 c. basil
1/3 c. oregano
8 bay leaves
3 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. black pepper
12 lb. spaghetti noodles
Preparation

Saute 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 cup chopped onion in pan.
Place in bottom of Nesco.
Brown ground pork and beef, if used.
Put in Nesco.
If using meatballs, put meatballs in Nesco.
Add rest of the ingredients except spaghetti noodles.
Simmer for 4 to 5 hours.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
