Mashed Potato Klushki - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 egg
3 c. flour or more if dough is sticky

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Roll into snake shape on a floured board. Cut into bite size pillow shape pieces.
Drop into boiling salted water, when they float to top, boil 2 minutes.
Drain.
