Chicken Salad Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. canned shoestring potatoes (potato chips or chow mein noodles may be used)
Preparation
    Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole with vegetable oil and preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine chicken, celery, onion, water chestnuts, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with either shoestring potatoes, chips, or noodles.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
