Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. powdered cumin
salt to taste
Preparation

Mash ground chuck down in a pan and add enough water to cover. Heat to a boil and mash right away with potato masher to break up.
Add paprika, chili powder, cumin and salt to taste.
Add catsup, if desired.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
