Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. creamed corn
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 medium onion
    6 or 8 jalapeno peppers
    2 1/4 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Mix together creamed corn and cream cheese.
    Add oil and mix well.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Grease loaf pan or iron skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
