Wine-Baked Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
    1 c. Chablis (or dry white wine)
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts, bone side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange mushrooms around chicken.
    Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Serve with rice and fresh asparagus.
