Turkey Sausage(For A Very Low-Fat Breakfast Treat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/4 lb. chopped turkey
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sage
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Form into patties or links; fry as regular sausage.
