Honey-Cashew Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. mayonnaise
    5 oz. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. teriyaki sauce
    4 Tbsp. cashews, some chopped, others halved
    2 tsp. dill
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and slowly add salad oil; mix until totally combined, then add honey, white vinegar, lemon juice and teriyaki sauce.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Finally, add the dill and cashews.
    Season to taste.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
