Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    16 oz. can pineapple tidbits
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save juice.
    Mix juice, marshmallows, flour, egg, vinegar and sugar.
    Cook over medium until thick. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, add Cool Whip, pineapple, apples and peanuts to sauce.
    Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
