7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. 7-Up
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 c. whipped cream
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Knox gelatin
Preparation
    Mix 7-Up with marshmallows and heat until melted.
    Add Jell-O; stir and dissolve.
    Slowly add hot mixture to cream cheese; whip until smooth.
    Add pineapple and nuts.
    Chill until partially set. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
    Pour into 2-quart mold and chill overnight.
    Garnish with sugar frosted grapes, if desired, and serve.
    Grapes go into center if you use a ring mold, otherwise around edge of plate.
