Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled up
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender, 8 to 15 minutes.
    Drain and mash.
    Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Place in ovenproof dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
