Sauteed And Simmered Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    well seasoned flour
    oil, butter or margarine for saute
    1 can chicken stock or your own
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Dredge chicken breasts in seasoned flour saving the extra flour.
    Brown chicken in large skillet.
    Set aside.
    In same skillet, saute garlic.
    Add chicken stock.
    Make thickener from remaining seasoned flour and use to make gravy.
    Add soy sauce and brown sugar.
    Put chicken breasts back into gravy.
    Cover and simmer slowly until chicken is done.
    If skillet is too small, transfer everything to larger pot.
    Serve with rice.
