Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli very well. Combine remaining ingredients except butter and crumbs. Add broccoli into mixture. Spoon into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add crumbs.
    Mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
