Ingredients

1/3 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 c. water
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
8 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast and sugar with 1/3 cup warm water.
Let foam 5 minutes.
Add salt, 3 cups water and olive oil.
Mix in flour, starting with 5 cups, and adding enough so dough is easy to handle.
Knead 10 to 15 minutes.
