1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. grated ham *
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
9 or 10-inch pie shell
Preparation

Bake at
450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (until set);
reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
