Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 oz. frozen country style hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat. Add cheese until melted. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Add butter and cheese mix. Mix with frozen hash browns. Spread in large casserole dish. Slightly dot the top with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
