Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shortening
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 small jars strained baby food carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix in order given and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Bake in 9 x 11-inch pan.
