Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut-up chicken
1 c. green pepper
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 stick oleo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation

Saute chopped green pepper, onion and celery in oleo until tender.
Add soup.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Add mushrooms and chicken.
Cook noodles.
Drain and combine with chicken mixture.
Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
The crushed cheese crackers are sprinkled on top before baking.
Serves 8.
Freezes well.
