Heartwise Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. carrots, shredded
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice cabbage; put into a large bowl.
Add carrots and cucumbers.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
Add to vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate.
Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
