Amish Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quick oats
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    milk (for eating)
Preparation
    Combine the first 10 ingredients in mixing bowl and spoon into a well-greased 9-inch square dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    May want to cover with foil while baking.
    Serve warm.
