Turkish Bulghur Pilaf(Main Dish For 2 To 3) - cooking recipe

1 c. uncooked bulghur
1 c. veggie stock
1 c. tomato juice
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Stir-fry bulghur in large skillet in butter until it crackles. Meanwhile, boil stock and tomato juice together, then let cool. Add liquid to bulghur.
Cover and simmer over very low flame until liquid is gone (20 minutes).
Add remaining ingredients and stir until heated.
