Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Put into a greased casserole. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs (additional).
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven, until nicely browned.
