Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    8 slices American cheese
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. beef bouillon or bouillon cube
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    sliced tomato (optional)
Preparation
    Bake pastry shell at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven; reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Cut 6 slices of cheese into pieces.
    In skillet, brown meat; pour off fat.
    Add tomato sauce, pepper, onion and bouillon.
    Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
    Remove from heat; stir in eggs, flour and cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes or until hot.
    Top with tomato slices and remaining cheese slices.
    Bake 3 minutes longer.
