Dried Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
