Seafood Bisque(Makes 5 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked
    1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and chopped
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onions in the butter until tender.
    Add flour, cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, forming a good roux.
    Gradually add the half and half and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
