Carameled Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
8 marshmallows
1 c. evaporated milk
3 tsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes and arrange in greased baking dish.
Mix salt and sugar with flour.
Pour over potatoes.
Dot with butter and pour milk over casserole.
Top with marshmallows.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
