Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 large can Carnation milk
    5 oz. Marshmallow Creme or marshmallows
    3 small or 1 1/2 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. black walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter or margarine and milk; bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir mixture until melted.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and let set overnight to cool.
