Puffy Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Add hot water, salt and pepper.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Cut and fold the whites into the yolks until mixture is well blended.
    Butter the sides and bottom of your pan.
    Spoon the omelet mixture into the pan evenly.
    When well puffed and brown, put the pan in a 375\u00b0 oven to finish cooking the top.
    May sprinkle with grated cheese.
