"Grilled Seafood" Bart'S Favorite From The Ukrops Seafood Cookbook - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 to 4 seafood steak (approximately 1 inch thick)
    2 to 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
    1 to 4 slices of lemon
    1 to 2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare grill, charcoal or gas, for cooking.
    Brush cooking area with vegetable oil.
    Combine butter, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and cracked pepper; set aside.
    Place steaks on grill; brush with butter mixture.
    Grill over a medium-hot to hot fire for 5 minutes.
    Turn and brush with butter; cook additional 5 minutes.
    Top with lemon and parsley.
