Ham Steak Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham
    4 slices bacon
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Cut ham into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook bacon until crisp, cut into quarters and set aside.
    Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
    In same pan, brown ham on both sides.
    Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
    Place 1 pineapple ring on each piece of ham.
    Add brown sugar to pineapple syrup.
    Pour over ham in skillet.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Spoon syrup over ham; top with cheese and bacon pieces.
    Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
