Swedish Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light; add sugar, 1/3 cup at a time. Continue beating.
    Add water, then flour mixed and sifted with baking powder and salt.
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites into mixture.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Good with strawberries and cream.
