Crab Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat (lump type)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    Kellogg's crumbs
Preparation
    Pick over crab meat to remove any cartilage.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Let crab mixture sit for 20 or 30 minutes.
    Remove mixture and roll into cakes.
    Do not over fry.
