Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    6 to 7 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix butter, syrup and sugar and bring to a boil.
    Let boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat, add cream of tartar, salt and soda.
    Stir until foamy and pour over popped corn, mixing well.
    Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour in 200\u00b0 oven.
