Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
2 3/4 c. sugar, divided
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, adding alternately with sour cream, beating enough to keep batter smooth.
Spoon 1/2 batter into greased Bundt pan.
Combine nuts, cinnamon and remaining sugar.
Sprinkle 1/2 over batter.
Repeat layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes or until done.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
