Magic Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 tall can Carnation milk (very cold)
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Cream egg and sugar.
    Add juice and bring to a good boil. Pour over jello.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Let cool.
    Whip cold milk stiff.
    Fold in jello mixture, then pour into pie plate greased and lined with vanilla wafers.
    Put in refrigerator for 12 hours. Makes 2 pies.
