Peach Crisp Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 to 10 ripe sweet peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in sifter and sift into bowl.
    Cut in butter with pastry blender.
    Peel and slice peaches and arrange in buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle mixture over peaches and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Excellent with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
