Crunchy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can white whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick melted margarine
slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz crackers, melted margarine and slivered almonds, and place in a greased casserole dish.
Top with slivered almonds and cracker crumbs that have been mixed with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Loosely cover crumbs with foil to prevent them from becoming too brown if needed.
