Artichoke And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. butter
    8 Tbsp. milk
    fresh pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Put artichoke hearts in oblong casserole dish. Squeeze thawed spinach and place over the artichokes. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth, gradually adding milk. Spread mixture over spinach. Sprinkle with good ground of pepper. Top with grated cheese. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated up to 24 hours. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
