Peach Clafouti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. sliced peeled peaches
    1 c. each: milk and light cream
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sifted confectioners sugar or vanilla sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle a well buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow oval baking dish with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Distribute peaches over the sugar.
    In a blender blend milk, cream, eggs, flour and a pinch of salt.
    Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Blend the mixture for a few seconds and pour it over the peaches.
    Bake the Clafouti in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until it is well puffed and golden brown.
    Sprinkle the Clafouti with sifted confectioners sugar or vanilla sugar.
    Serve it barely warm.
