Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Chop carrots.
    In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add Crisco, eggs and carrots.
    Mix until moistened.
    Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Spread evenly in greased and floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
