Corn Casserole(8 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 large can creamed corn
1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar or less
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. cornbread mix (boxed like Jiffy brand)
1/2 c. melted butter
6 crumbled saltines
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and white pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl (save a little butter). Crumble saltines and sprinkle on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle butter over all.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until set in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
