Cinnamon-Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. uncooked Cream of Wheat
    1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. fruit juice (any flavor)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine flour, Cream of Wheat, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    In small bowl, combine milk, egg, margarine and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened.
    Stir in raisins.
