Sweet & Spicy Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    Dash of red pepper
    5 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In blender, beat eggs and gradually add vinegar.
    Add all other ingredients except butter.
    Put in a double boiler or regular non-stick pan and cook and stir until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter to hot mixture and stir until melted.
    Cool and store in refrigerator.
