Two Crust Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 large lemon
Preparation
-
Cut lemon in thin slices.
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, butter and milk.
Place thin slices of lemon in pan lined with unbaked crust. Pour other mixture over lemon.
Put on top crust and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
