Cucumber Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    overripe cucumbers
    vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    sugar
    salt and water
    1 Tbsp. cloves
Preparation
    Use overripe cucumbers only!
    For every pound of cucumbers, allow 3 pounds of sugar and 1 quart of vinegar.
    Let the cucumbers soak overnight in salt and water, then scald them in weak soft vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
    Boil a little, then put in the cucumbers and scald them until transparent, not soft.
    These pickles are for overripe cucumbers only.
